Christmas Greetings
The clergy and other members of the Leadership team wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and send you our best wishes for the New Year.
 
CAP Hampers
This Sunday  (17th) the CAP Hampers which have been prepared by our various groups will be brought to the 10.30am service and we will pray for those who will receive them. 
 
Christmas Services
Sunday 17th December - 6:00pm Carol Service
Christmas Eve - 4:30pm Carols, Christingles and Nativity (Children are encouraged to come dressed as a Nativity character).
                            11:00pm Midnight Communion
Christmas Day - 10:30am Christmas Day Celebration (children of all ages are invited to bring a Chrsitrmas present to show to us all).

Please note that there are no mid-week services either in Church on on Zoom between Christmas and New Year.
 
Christmas Appeals
This year we will be collecting for Tearfund (Gaza and middle east appeal) and Ealing Churches Winter Night Shelter. You can make donations here or in person at Church at any of our Christmas services.
 
Saltmine Theatre Company Presents ‘A Christmas Carol’
Saltmine Theatre are being hosted by Haven Green Baptist Church. They are performing A Christmas Carol on Thursday 21st December at 7pm. Tickets: Adults £10 & Children £5.  Book on Eventbrite.
 
New Wine Celebration
Sunday 7 January at 6.30pm at St Paul’s Ealing.  Bishop Mike Royal is the General Secretary of Churches Together in England CTE, the official ecumenical body instrument of the churches in England. Mike is a Pentecostal Bishop with the Apostolic Pastoral Congress, a Trustee of New Wine and took a leading role in the King’s Coronation Service last May.  
 
St Paul's Cathedral
Volunteers are needed for Messy Church on 17th February. If you're over 18, they could use your help running an activity or welcoming families through the doors. Everything will be provided and you'll need to attend one online briefing in advance. Just email youth@london.anglican.org if you'd like to help out!

Ealing Churches Winter Night Shelter
Will be open for 11 nights over Christmas this year for the first time,  hosted at St Christopher's Hanwell.  If you could help cook a meal between 23 Dec-2 Jan - either at home and deliver, or at the church, please contact Yvonne at office@ecwns.org.uk.

God for whom we watch and wait,
you sent John the Baptist to prepare the way of your Son:
give us courage to speak the truth,
to hunger for justice,
and to suffer for the cause of right,
with Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
